The Historical City of Malacca

Last month, I had the chance to run down to Melaka for a short-day family trip. It was my second time in here with wife, and first time with my son. Not much different with the previous trip, but this time around we had the chance to capture the view of Melaka city via the new Taming Sari Tower, as well as cruising around the Melaka River. Tourism Melaka has indeed improved, many tourists and new historical/modern  monuments can be seen everywhere in town.

The foods here are great, you should try the Asam Pedas as well as the Ikar Bakar Parameswara at Umbai, that sells all varieties of seafoods, veges and other delicious Malaysian cuisine, cooked in its own style  (A must place to go, if you’re hunting for foods).

I leave you with some pictures from the visit. Enjoy.
